By accessing and using Disko ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Disko is a web-based project management tool designed for solopreneurs to share their work progress with customers through public boards. The Service includes:

• Creating and managing project boards
• Adding and organizing ideas and tasks
• Publishing boards for public viewing
• Receiving feedback through thumbs up and emoji reactions
• Email invitation functionality
• Real-time collaboration features

3. Development Status and Affiliation

Development Status: Disko is currently under active development. The service may experience updates, changes, or temporary disruptions as we continue to improve and enhance the platform.

DevPost Hackathon: Disko's source code has been shared with DevPost as part of the Vibecoding Hackathon. However, it is important to note that:

• Disko, a Service of Nomadis, is not affiliated with DevPost or any of their sponsors
• We are not affiliated with Amazon Web Services, the author of Kiro, or any other DevPost sponsors
• Our participation in the hackathon is for development and community purposes only
• No commercial relationship exists between Disko and DevPost or its sponsors

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Complying with any applicable laws regarding data sharing and privacy

Important Disclaimer: Disko is not responsible for any board content shared with other stakeholders through the publishing and making your board public. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish and share publicly. We do not review, monitor, or control the content of public boards, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from the public sharing of your board content.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
